Our Facilities 

Home2Home offers 6 spacious bedrooms for residential all come with private ensuites or shower facility that can cater for individuals with physical disabilities. We also have a large communal living area and a modern kitchen.

At the front of the house there is private parking for residential and visitors. We have accessible paths leading around the house to a enclosed private garden. We provide a beautiful summer house for individuals to relax and enjoy in our sensory garden equipped with a wheelchair accessible swing. 

The orangery is an alternative space for individuals to get creative with the activities provided by our care staff.

 We offer a safe environment that allows the person to explore and interact without risk. The home also has its own wheelchair accessible vehicle that is used to transport to activities.
